Also the escalators never work, there is only one elevator operational, took more than 30 min to make payment and get out. Management seriously need to look into this message, why u guys are taking your customers for granted."

"Jio mart quick is total fraud from top level management. They take orders and show will deliver in 10 min . But they never deliver on same day specially if ordering after 8 pm. No option to complaint because customer service is from 8am - 8 pm. Their site will be down, tracking link will be down. And quick delivery status that was 10 minutes will changed to after 2 days. Top level scam and bunch of fraud people. And no option to cancel order. Refrain from order here."

"Stopped us and accused us at exit on 3.08.2025 at 11 am for allegedly shoplifting then wasted our time without proof, disrespectful ,misbehaved ,ethicaly wrong . I told them to prove by showing cctv cameras which they didn't had and didn't have beep machine at exit to prove that I was write. Kept on wasting our time without proving anything didn't even check at entrance my bagback of previous belongings , such a irresponsible staff NOT recommended to visit this horrible store, the store was very dirty, only 2 billing counters, the escallater was not working.
